
“I did a Breathwork session with Grace. It was a very emotional but pleasant experience. I prefer complete darkness, so I have my pillow over my eyes. Her voice is calming. She prepares you with things that you might experience during the session. She was very thorough, helpful, and provided a safe space. It feels like an intense guided meditation with controlled breathing and your body responds accordingly. She offers support when she feels you need it. She also followed up with post Breathwork support. I highly recommend her if you are on a healing journey. If you’ve never done it, please try it out at least once.”
